AI causing issues
My selling was restricted for medical device policy and I appealed. I won the appeal but when I listed the item again the AI restricted me again. The AI has been restricting lots of things that are not un lawful or illegal to sale. I am not the only dealer this has happened to. We are not criminals. We are licensed medical dealers. Now there is not even an appeal button to plea are case. What are my options?

What type of item was it?
Is it on the ebay restricted list?
Do you need ebay certification to sell it?

Mentor6 days agoNote that you are on the bots radar so under more scrutiny. So even after winning an appeal you may run into problems.
Note the bots look for strings of characters without regard for context, punctuation, or intended meaning. So they are either seeing something by mistake or there are enough flag words to cause a problem.
If this is your main business the only thing that will get ebay's attention is a letter from you attorney to their legal department to get you on the exemption list from the bots auto take downs.
