AI BOT CONSISTENTLY WRONG ANSWERS - GET HUMAN HELP?
I've spent hours unscrewing things that ebay has broken. the ai bot is in the way, refuses to let us get to a human, blocks, provides choices that do NOT apply to the problem.
THE MOST DAMAGING THING about dealing with ebay is the ai/bot/blocking of human assistance.
they have 'formulas' and 'automation' and it is ALL WRONG.
HOW DO WE GET TO HUMANS??????????? There has to be a better way.
This is the last straw.
