Aggressive buyer
I accidentally listed a sale with highest bid in error. It's my first time selling a piece of jewelry and the buyer that won the bid is being very aggressive and will not take my explanation. He thinks that I'm being dihonest and trying to deceive him or receive more money for it. What should I do?

·2 years agoYou do what you promised to do and sell it to the winner at the final auction price. S/he is not under any obligation to "take" your "explanation". You are under an obligation to sell it for that. YOU set the Starting Bid and didn't pay the fee to set a Reserve Price higher than that, you sell for whatever the final price is regardless of whether it is as much as you wanted to get.
You ARE "trying to . . . receive more money for it" by retaining possession of the item so you can relist it with a higher price, aren't you?

Your minimum bid price was $70. The winning bidder won the item for $71.
So now you ship to the buyer if you have received notification from Ebay that they have paid.
