Agent dropped call twice today Does this happen to you?
As a seller ,  It would be nice to know that the agent on the phone knows the ebay mobile app.  SHockingly, when I ask them if they SELL on ebay, they say NO.  If they dont sell on ebay then how in the world will they be knowledgeable of the functions and features on the ebay mobile app....especially when a seller is calling about a glich.  If an executive is reading this , this does not look good for the supervisor or the manager of the agents that take calls from sellers.  I be happy to take a call from an executive so they can get first hand the frustrations sellers have with agents that have selective comprehension, and zero hands on experience of sell on ebay.  The initial agent could not answer my question so they put me on hold for 10 mins as they try to get someone in another department.....then I hear backround sounds and immediately the call is discounted.  They did not call back either .  What a group of untrained people .  Prove to me I am wrong and I will show you phone records of calls that were dropped . Â

Mentor10 months ago@lordp1 I am sorry that you are still having problems with the APP and customer service. Â
I responded to you on the 26th.  My advice is the same> Â
Â
Customer service does lack experience with the site. Â
Â
I don't use the app much but the volunteers on the APP board may be able to help you>Â Â

Â
The reason I am suggesting posting on the APP board is because fellow sellers that use the APP can often help MUCH more than an agent. Â
Â
The best way to report app tech issues is to shake your phone while the app is open.  Then the report goes right to the correct department. Â

OP10 months agoI made a video if the issue. I uploaded it to a draft. This way tech can see what's happening. However getting agent to communicate with tech by text is too much to ask.Â

OP10 months agoHow about an executive gets involved so sellers don't need a work around the ignorant or untrained agents.
