They want to get you off the phone asap so they can move on to the next call (they’re paid by number of calls they take).

scroll to the bottom and choose “chat with us†or “request a callâ€
if you request a call, enter your phone number and preferred time
calls are available daily between 5 AM and 10 PM PT
if you choose chat, you’ll be connected to an agent in real time
