How do I contact an agent. I am getting so frustrated as a seller. I have been selling over 20 years, and now I waste so much time, just trying to FIND my sales. Now I had someone from Puerto Rico buy, but sent it to a different name in Ft. Lauderdale. He contacted me to tell me it would be returned to me, as he forgot to put in the apartment number in the address. That was the middle of Dec. I never received a return.
Today he emails me and wants an update. I was on hold WAY over an hour with USPS. They want ME to file 2 claims. I am really upset with all the time I am spending and the buyer made the error.
All I am trying to do is report this to ebay, and I am sent in circles by an AI.

Mentor1 year agoGo to USPS.COM and file a missing package report. If you shipped using ground advantage, you might want to file an insurance claim for a missing package.
