In the left sidebar are options to contact them. If you only get the chat with automated assistant then in the chat box type AGENT to talk to a live eBay customer service agent or request a call back if you have a North American phone number. You may need to answer some questions with the chat bot to help get you to the correct agent.
Hours are 5 AM to 9 PM Pacific time. If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back.
