Age verification in order to bid on a chainsaw ebay:- a credit card is required

I have updated my account with my SS number, to proceed with a bid for a chainsaw ebay require details of a credit card. I only have a debit card ????

If the item is an Auction format listing and the Seller has Auto-pay turned on for their listings you cannot use a Debit card for placing bids.

When a Seller has Auto-pay turned on you will see pop-ups like those shone below.

@limitededitionsinc48-uk Unfortunately, in the UK there are age restrictions when buying edged items, and on eBay credit cards are how you can establish that you meet the age requirement.
