I an a buyer and I have a Return openned for my order. After that me and the seller had an agreement that he would refund me some value to keep the item. @andre-lins  Don't cancel or close the Return! The seller CAN offer you a refund *through* the return case. You can accept it in the return case. If you close the case, the seller will not refund you, and you won't be able to open another case. Advise the seller to offer a refund through the case.
