After winning an item, I get seller can’t ship to my location even though we are both in the USA.
On the item I won, i asked him earlier about shipping as it says ask seller for shipping quote and I gave him my zip code and he replied $95. Now he won’t respond to any of my texts. It won’t let me pay for the item. I don’t want a bad review, what do I do?
