After shopping, I couldn't complete the payment. Using both credit card and PayPal didn't work.
Unable to complete payment after shopping. I tried using both credit card and PayPal, but neither worked. I have never encountered this problem before. Using a credit card fails to complete the payment, with a message prompting to verify payment details or use another payment method. Using PayPal also fails, with a message saying PayPal is currently unable to process the payment.

Your account is registered in China. Does the seller ship to China? If not, even if you use a different shipping address, the seller may be blocking your payment.
