After opening new account-retrieving all information from previous account without your password.
Purchased new phone; new email address an opened a new account to continue selling. Unable to get into my selling account because old phone is sold and had 2-step verification on it-so don't remember old password as a senior. Need help want to continue selling and have my bank info.
