After $20 on an eBay envelope in an auction. Can I have the buyer pay regular shipping costs if it is stated in my listing
Is this ok
The shipping price depends on the sale of the card. If the card exceeds $20 then the eBay envelope will not apply and it will result in the other shipping provided.

No. You cannot charge more than what you put in the shipping cost.
If you think the auction will go over $20, listings it with ground advantage instead of the standard envelope.
