Advise on how to make more sale or what to improve

Question

Hello everyone,

I have been selling on Ebay for about 3 months. My focus is selling mostly vintage/ modern jewelry. I did make few sales in the last few weeks but I want to make my shop more visiable and sell daily. Can I get some advises on what I should change or what I am doing wrong. Most of my listing are protomted and I am adding new listings everyday but it seems like the sales/ views are not increasing. General information

Here are tips to make a good listing that will sell faster:

-- Look at the titles/photos/pricing from similar items that have sold.

Do a search, and then filter for SOLD. You will find the Sold filter on the left-hand side of the website view, or under "filters" for the mobile view. Consider if your price is competitive with other eBay listings.

-- You can find 36 months of sales history on Product Research https://www.ebay.com/sh/research

-- Make sure your first photo, in particular, is sharp, clear, and preferably has a white background.

-- Use 12 - 24 photos. Show the top, bottom, sides, labels, features, and flaws. Take your own photos.

-- Make sure your title uses as many characters as possible, and that the first 4-5 words are the most important. Use 72-80 characters with good keywords. Don't use cute words like WOW or L@@K - no one uses those in their search.

-- Accurately describe your items – include measurements. Describe any flaws or defects.

-- Make sure your item is in the correct or best category

-- Complete the item specifics that are logical, skip the ones that don’t apply.

✓ From my own personal experience: After I have made a great listing, I share it on Pinterest. It helps get more eyes on the listing.

Specific Recommendations

I feel you could use more lighting - 5000k daylight bulbs that you can get at any store with bulbs.

Consider getting a starter store so you can use the markdown tools and coupons and so on.

Your listings look great (photos, description, item specifics, titles). Just understand that this is a slower time of the year for most sellers (sales start increasing again around October for most). You have a LOT of competition, but the more you list, the more you sell, and the more feedback you get, the more your sales will start to increase. Three months is a short period of time and you're going from the busy season to the slow season. Patience is a virtue... Just keep doing what you're doing.
