Advice on selling massive lot of hardback books
Hi all, I'm looking for advice on selling a lot of 128 thick hardback books (Civil War records, entire series). I have 11 extremely heavy boxes ready to go, but I'm at a loss on how to price the shipping should someone opt to have us ship vs pickup. We can weigh them individually, but with being open to shipping all over the US, we don't know where they may be sold. Also need to factor in media mail. We are located outside of Atlanta. This is a first for us, so any help would be appreciated!

·2 years ago@mustmarket To clarify: When you purchase the shipping labels, select Actions > Print Another Label for each box, then change the weight and dimensions for that box. The limit is up to 5 labels per listing.

·2 years agoMedia Mail is a flat rate to all locations in the U.S. Each Media Mail box cannot weigh more than 70 lbs.
You'll need to split the lot into more than 1 listing, no more than 5 packages per listing, because you can only print up to 5 shipping labels per listing. You also can't use calculated shipping when a lot needs to ship in multiple boxes.
Use this calculator to determine the shipping cost for each of the boxes, then add up the total cost.

You can then either:
When you purchase the shipping labels, select Actions > Print Another Label for the order. The limit is up to 5 labels per listing.
Let the buyer know how many boxes will be shipped, since they may not all arrive together on the same day.
