Advice on Selling a phone with FRP Lock Android/iPhone?

Question

I have a few phones I got from an estate auction. They are in working condition, but are Android FRP/iCloud locked and I am not able to get in touch with the original owners.

As a seller, how should these phones be listed? "Used" with a warning? "For Parts/Not working" even though they work?

These are definitely working phones, charge, power on, etc... but the lock makes them hard for an average non-techy person to use.

Unless you can unlock them yourself prior to sale, they should be listed as "parts only" in the title and as "For parts or not working" in the condition. Any other label will lead to a return of an "unusable" device. You can elaborate in the description, and in the condition description, that the phone is locked, but is otherwise functional, and thus charge a slightly higher price than a broken phone.
