Advice on Permanent Selling Restriction

Hello eBay community

I am a 13-year eBay seller from Serbia. . I have 657 positive feedback and my seller level is Above Standard globally.

Recently, my selling privileges were permanently restricted. eBay support said it was because of Bad Buyer Experience metrics. This was triggered by two small US transactions of 0.99 USD each, sent without tracking. Both items were delivered and buyers left positive feedback.

Recently, my selling privileges were permanently restricted. eBay said it was due to Bad Buyer Experience metrics. This was triggered by two small US transactions of 0.99 USD each sent without tracking. Both items were delivered and buyers left positive feedback.
I had to cancel some US orders because shipping from Serbia was not possible. I added high shipping fees and a note that US buyers cannot purchase, but the restriction still happened.
All other transactions globally had 0 percent defect rate, 0 percent late shipment, and no returns. I contacted eBay many times but only got automated responses and no manual review.
My questions for the community:
1. Has anyone successfully appealed a permanent selling restriction under similar circumstances?
2. Are there ways to request a manual review of the account or BBE metrics?
3. Any tips for getting eBay to reconsider restrictions for sellers from countries with shipping challenges?

I am sorry this happened to you. However, when eBay gives a permanent restriction to a seller it means forever and there is no appeal.

@savas013 Since you are in another country you will have to contact customer service on Instagram. However it will not change anything. @savas013. You are 13?

eBay requires members to be at least 18 years old. I would say that this is the main reason for your suspension.

Unfortunately permanent restrictions really do mean forever. eBay will not change their mind.
