Advice needed
An established eBay account bought shoes from me earlier today. All good there
5 minutes ago a fresh account created today with a similar eBay name to the above account purchased the same shoes. Name and address match perfectly to the purchase from earlier today. I messaged him on both are you buying 2? No response yet
any potential red flags?

Most likely the buyer purchased the items using guest checkout.
You will not be able to combine the purchases because the buyer IDs are different. (Each time a buyer checks out as a guest, he is assigned a different ID for that purchase.)
