Advertising feature enable

Question

My eBay account is 10 months old. I have a Starter Store subscription, 8 completed sales, 100% positive feedback, and Above Standard seller status. Advertising / Promoted Listings is still not enabled in Seller Hub.

When your account qualifies for Promoted Listings it will appear.

Just a word of caution. Promoted Listings is not the end all to boosting sale and in the end you will be paying eBay more fees and reducing your profit margin. You will be better off setting your prices at the lowest amount you are willing to sell at and cover your cost, eBay fees and most importantly, YOUR target profit margin. I used to use Promote my listings but when the "Suggested" ad rates climbed to over 10% and without using them sales were abysmal. I abandoned Promoted listings because the total of regular eBay Selling fees and Promoted Listing fees made sales unsustainable.

You only have 11 items for sale and part of this is a simple numbers game, the more you have to sell the more chances are that something WILL sell.
