If you have any Saved Searches, check each to stop email alerts.
Otherwise, you can change the email address that eBay has for you to use a different email that you do not mind receiving mail with. Or you may be able to set up a filter rule in your email account so eBay messages are not sent to your inbox but to a separate folder.
