Advanced Search - not able to exclude enough words, too many results
Looking for 14K gold charm. Excluded maximum # of words, still getting 2400+ results. Any ideas on how to refine search further? Did used, US only, specific $ range, etc. Results are all over the place. Not possible to view this many results w/so much stuff I don't want. Thanks!

Just wanted to add that all companies currently seem to ignore our requests to narrow down searches. They seem to feel that the more items buyers are shown … the more likely they are to make a purchase. 🫤

Mentor3 years agoTry using additional search keywords first, rather than using many exclusions up front.
A search for 14K gold charm returns over 440,000 results.
Start with enough keywords that describe exactly what sort of charm you want. Select a limited number of exclusions to weed out some things you do not want; do not bother using exclusions to filter out things that can be eliminated by category, since that will be the next step. Change the category so you see appropriate results. Once you have selected the category, you will see some category-specific filters on the left side of the page that can be used to narrow down your results further. Use those filters to your advantage.
By using keywords, then category, then filters you should be able to quickly narrow down to your particular items of interest and avoid having to scroll through lots of items that are of little or no interest to you.
