Advanced Search for Seller

Question

I went to Advanced Search to find a seller. I clicked "seller" then typed in eBay seller's eBay name. I clicked on search. System returned nothing found.

I thought maybe it would not return anything if they do not have anything listed, so I tried it on someone I knew who had items listed. Still it returned nothing found.

What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Are you using their eBay user name or their store name? They are different. If I use your username (above) I get your items for sale. If i use your store name (from your listings page) it will not return your listings.
