·2 years agoVariations can not be added to an existing listing. You will need to start a new listing if you would like to offer colors in a droplist (the variation option will be above the description and condition areas). The "personalization text" option may not be available in this category, although you can invite a buyer to send text of a limited number of characters in the "note to seller" that appears at checkout. Then you may need to verify that they have spelled correctly and that you understand which part of the message is to be engraved.
