"Advanced" link on search page not working

Question

When I am in a saved search, and I want to modify the search, and I click on the "Advanced" link, it is going to a "This page isn't working right now" and "If the problem continues, contact the site owner." and "HTTP ERROR 431" message. How do I notify eBay of this issue? Using "Contact Us" leads me to an irrelevant end.

A "HTTP ERROR 431" may indicate the problem is with the headers of the request.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

If it is not that, then most likely the page address you are starting from is too long to be properly passed on and evaluated. This can happen if you use a very complex search with many keywords, exclusions, excluded sellers, or filter options. Try eliminating a few of your less-relevant exclusions or filters from the original search before using the "Advanced" link.
