@7134_26 Your fees are high because you listed incorrectly several times. In addition to the VERY high shipping price of shipping the photograph of up to $123.00 as @mudshark61369 mentioned unless that is VERY large framed photo the shipping price is too high.
Always start auctions at a price you will be happy with if you get just one bid.
Reserve price which you have added to your auctions has a fee of $5.00 or 7.5%, whichever is greater even if the item doesn't sell.
Anytime you see a fee at the bottom of the screen before you list that amount is due EVEN if the item doesn't sell.
You may be charged the reserve price fee again if the items auto relist.
You can contact customer service but I don't think that they will waive the reserve price fee on several items. You might get lucky and they will remove the fee on one.
Here's how to contact a general customer service agent:
You get 250 free insertion fee listings per month. However, each sale is charged a Final Value fee on the full amount you receive for the auction Item Price, Shipping and Handling cost. The fee is 13.25% of the prices plus a processing fee of .30 for items $10 or less to. 40¢ for $10 or more.
You would be paying a hefty amount in fees because of the shipping price you are charging for the photo. That shipping cost may keep people from wanting to bid on that auction.
FYI. when listing photos/artwork, posting the size of an image is important info buyers want to know.
