Adult Magazines
Hope all is well. Need help knowing if I can sell these adult magazine on eBay. I purchased a Lot at a cost couldn't pass up. The list eBay has is really not that much help.

Adult magazines that are allowed should be listed in "Books & Magazines > Magazines", and there are specific rules:
Adult magazines, books, and comics that contain nudity are allowed only if they don't contain sexual activity and if no images of nudity are showing in the listing.
“Some examples of this include Bear (magazine), Blue (magazine), Butt (magazine), Gay letter, Mayfair, On Our Backs, Penthouse, Playboy, Playgirl, and Playguy. This isn't an exhaustive list of magazines, books, and comics we allow. Any adult magazine or comic that doesn't contain sexually explicit content can be listed following the guidelines in this policy.â€
✓ Your magazines are not in the list, and I have found that magazine title not mentioned are sometimes excluded by policy.
- Read the policy carefully. Nudity is allowed, intercourse and other sexual activity is not allowed.
- No models that are under 18
- Sometimes when you list the item it will prohibit the listing before it is listed, if so, don't proceed.

If you aren't 100% sure the magazine meets the policy, I suggest you list them on another platform.
