Ads keep getting deleted

Question

I sell cacti on ebay and I regularly have my ads get deleted by eBay for different "reasons". Usually drug policy(they are not drugs) or protected seeds or plant violation(species in question is 100% legal and not in any violation for interstate commerce or ownership).

I can get passed around "customer support" all day but not get anywhere. Is there any way to contact an actual person at ebay to actually figure out what's going on here?

Do not keep relisting the items until your figure out what the problem is, or you risk being suspended. If you are selling an acceptable product, it is possible some word or combination of characters creating a word is getting flagged by the ebay bots.
