https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
Then check your other account details, particularly phone and email for signs of changes.
If you notice any changes that you did not make, remove the changed entries. Change your secret questions. If you have social media accounts linked, change those passwords or consider unlinking them. Change your eBay password and your email password.
