Hello valued representative, I purchased an item from China and am considering purchasing another one. The seller shipped the item, but it did not arrive at my address, and the shipping company destroyed my order. My eBay address is a warehouse in the US where my items are stored and shipped to Türkiye for a fee, and every item arrives on time. I have purchased many items from eBay, and they all arrived, but this item from China did not. My question is: Could the seller ship the items I purchased from eBay to Turkey instead of my eBay address? Could they still receive payment from eBay this way? Or will it appear as if the seller did not ship the items? Or what other course of action can I take? I would be very grateful for your assistance. Thank you.

Mentor4 months agoTo keep the seller protection, the seller needs to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. If that is the address of your freight forwarder, that is where the seller needs to send the item. The seller has no idea what your address in Turkey is.
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
