Adjustment to shipping labels
I shipped a package to California from Georgia. I weighed the package and measured it. I placed these
parameters in my Ebay shipping module. It gave me the best rate with FEDEX Home Delivery by a savings of about $8.00 over UPS and a savings of over $12 over USPS. I shipped FEDEX. I just received a charge from Ebay claiming FEDEX charged me a surcharge. The problem is, there is no proof that the package was a different dimensional size. They said it weighted 20.8lbs and I said it weighed 21 lbs. Since Ebay has virtually eliminated all their customer service personnel, how can I get this charge removed?

There is a known issue right now with Fedex charges. eBay is aware of this and they are working to fix it. In the meantime, eBay will contact you with any adjustments. Many other Sellers have reported this, and have reported that eBay is actively contacting them to correct the charges.
