Adjustment of package before postage bought
There needs to be a way to adjust the package info when shipping before purchasing lable. I sell model planes n ships as example. I don’t pack them up until I see a bid or sale. Then I know exact weight n size. I believe we used to be able to adjust it . Now it’s locked before Lable bought n even before sold. I can only guess what bix will be size wise n weight of packaging. Then I’m charged not buyer who is paying for shipping. Need a way to fix

·1 year agoYou can change the package size and weight at the time you purchase the label.
That said, you should know the final box size and weight before you list, so that you can input the correct dimensions and the customer will pay you the correct amount for shipping. If you don't know that before you list your items, I suggest you change your procedure, or else you're risking some expensive mistakes.
