Adjusting Mailing Label
I received a mailing label from eBay for a package that is upto 2lbs, the item I am shipping is 24lbs. USPS will not except it and or charge me the additional amount needed to ship. How do I go about adjusting this

Mentor2 years agoIs this for the duffle dance bag you just sold? I doubt that can be shipped for 2 lbs. You are responsible for entering the correct weight and dimensions for the package you are sending.
Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the label. Click the down-arrow, select VOID. You have 5 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. You can now use the same link to Print Another Label, and this time make the appropriate corrections for the package.
