I have a golf bag that I shipped with the right dimensions and the right weight, and now FedEx is saying I was off on my weight by 25 pounds. Do I have any recourse and how is this possible?

RESOLVED -root cause has been identified, and resolution is underway. All impacted customers will be credited for any erroneous FedEx label adjustment costs. At this time we don't need any other customer examples.
