Address/return issue
Buyer messaged me and asked to change his address. I did not see the message and sent out the package. He said he has not lived at that address for three years. Am I responsible for this? The package was delivered to the old address.

Mentor11 months agoYou are not responsible for the buyer's mistake in not updating their address before they made the purchase.
Hopefully the new residents at their old address mark the package Return to Sender so you can get your item back. If not, the buyer is out of luck.
