Address to ship a “Authenticity Guarantee†raw card for inspection.
This is my first sale of a “Authenticity Guaranteed†(Raw Card). Who/Where do I ship it to?

Once the buyer pays you ship to the address eBay provides on the order. That will be to the authenticator, they will then ship to your buyer.
Here is the information page on the Authenticity Guarantee.
