Address returned by usps due to insufficient address
Package returned due to insufficient addres they didn’t add there unit so usps returned it I paid for the label and I refuse to pay for another one out of pocket as a seller and I don’t wanna pay fees! What do I do the chat bot is no help and no one is calling me

Mentor2 weeks agoYou can refund the item price only. Let the buyer know you will be relisting the item, and if s/he decides to repurchase and repay, to make sure s/he includes the apartment/unit number.

OP2 weeks agoWell I can’t because they opened a case and I covered shipping so the only option I have is to refund the whole entire order and pay fees out of pocket eBay is making this way to hard to resolve. I keep trying to get calls I don’t ever get them. I just wanna refund order cost but deduct shipping label cost and the fees
