address problems
Somehow, eBay has a name and address in my account with a name similar to mine, different address, but in the same city. It happened years ago, and i took the address out. The address is to a business here in my city. I ordered 2 items from 2 different sellers a few days ago and when i hit purchase; it popped up saying it would be delivered to that address. (not mine). I immediately canceled both orders, reason being wrong address. ( like 30 seconds later), after about 2 hours, 1 seller agreed to cancel. The other seller waited about 2 days and then messaged me and said that it too late to cancel. But, said that i could ship it back for a refund. ( how can i ship it back if i dont ever receive it? ) My question, why does this name and address keep popping up as my primary shipping address on my eBay account? I know now to check that before, i order; but i ordered stuff a few days before and everything was fine. I tried to ask eBay, but the automated chat doesnt understand and keeps reverting me back to the account addresses.
