Address on shipping label doesn’t match my correct address now
We moved and I updated our shipping address. When I buy something, it ships to the correct address, but I just sold something and when I printed the shipping label it is still showing the old address. I went back to my preferences and it shows the correct address so I don’t know how to make it to where the shipping label gets corrected? Contacted eBay seems like it is impossible so I’m asking here. Thank you in advance!

OP3 years agothank you so much, that fixed it! I didn’t see all those options from the app. I used your link and did it from the web browser and sure enough, I still had more than one to update.

·3 years agoYou're welcome. The app is missing many of the account management and other tools sellers need. I recommend using the web version whenever possible.
