Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings.

( only do this for the Shipping and return addresses, not your registration address)
If you have just made a purchase and the address was not correct reach out to the seller RIGHT AWAY, after you make the address corrections, and ask them to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Sellers are not required to cancel though. Then after the sale is canceled the seller refunds you and relists so you can pay again with the correct address at checkout.
The seller IS required to ship to the address that is provided at checkout and can not change it.
