Address issues when adding PSA grading service
Im trying to purchase a trading card and add on the additional PSA grading service. With the PSA service added i get an error saying the seller does not ship to my state/address, without the service selected i do not get the error. Trading cards over a certain value are sent to PSA for authentication, and once verified are sent to the buyer. Why am i prevented from adding the PSA service because of my address when its going to go tk the same place either way and then be shipped to me?
