Address issues
 
I am trying to buy something in Germany. I have changed the address on my account to a German one (of my friend) as the seller posts only to Germany. I even removed my original (British) address from the account.
however, when I try to bid/place offer eBay says I can not do that as the seller does not ship to the UK. I don’t understand what is the problem as I have a German address indicated.
