Address has been changed to China
I need to sell some items, but I've logged in to my account and somebody has changed my address to China. Just the country - the rest of the address details are the same. The eBay internet site will not let me change it back to the UK, stating that: 'This change is not permitted at this time'. eBay tell me that the only way to resolve this is to create a new account. But if I do that, I lose 19 years of ratings as a good seller, and I am concerned that nobody will trust me! Any advice?

Sign out of eBay USA and then sign back in on the eBay UK site. Then, you can contact eBay UK Customer Service. Good luck:
