Address Change on Sold Items
I have moved and have changed my address in every place on ebay that I know to change it. Yet, when I make a sale, my address is still the old address. I change it manually before shipping the item, but would love to change it in the ebay app once and for all. Suggestions?

You mention the eBay app, as in mobile app?
I had a similar experience with desktop, so not sure if it is the same for the mobile app.

You can change your shipping addresses on your account settings, but I have found that simply "editing" the ship-from and return addresses does not update the droplist on the label screen. I had to add a new ship-from address, make it default, and then delete the old default address on the account page. Same for the Return address. That automatically updated the label printing screen.

Be sure to update ALL of your addresses in your profile.

The next time you purchase a shipping label, on the label creation page, check to make sure that the zip code displayed for your Ship from/return address is correct. If it's not, click the Edit link and select the correct address as your default. After that, it should "stick."
