Address change on label
I am having a problem, buyer wants me to change the address on the shipping label and I cannot figure out how to do it. Please help thanks Tim.

Mentor2 weeks agoEbay is protecting you from making a mistake. Sellers do NOT want to change the address in which a buyer has designated to be the ship to address on their payment. Doing that will VOID ALL your Seller Protections. So never do this. While you can't change it in Ebay, you could go to another site offering shipping labels and purchase it there, then update the order here with the tracking number. But IF the address you ship to is different than what is in the order details, Ebay will NOT cover you under Seller Protection no matter what happens.
Just communicate with your customer and let them know that Ebay REQUIRES sellers to ship to the address on the payment that was submitted. So let them know you will CANCEL using the reason that there is something wrong with the address, fully refund the buyer and then list the item again so they can purchase it again. Remind them to make sure their ship to address is correct before doing this. Also let them know you will send them a message with the listing number and/or link once you have created it again so it is easier for them to find it and purchase it.
