This is a public forum and you can edit your post up to 24 hours after making it (use the little arrow in the upper right hand corner). You need to remove your personal information.
We are not eBay, we are volunteer Buyers and Sellers assisting others using the venue. If you made a purchase with the old address Sellers have to ship to that address for their own protection.
If they have not shipped you can message them and ask them to cancel so you can update your account address. They do not have to honor your request.
If you know who lives at the old address you should contact them and alert them that something will be shipped there with your name on it. You will need to work out getting the package from them, neither eBay or the Seller has nothing to do with incorrect addresses.
