Address change by buyer for shipping
A buyer has purchased one of my items but prior to shipping has asked that I ship to a different address since the item is a gift. I edited the address for the shipping label but editing did not allow a change to the zip code. What can I do?

Mentor1 year agoThe buyer should have changed the SHIP TO address when s/he was in ebay Checkout. What you can do now is file a cancellation with Problem with buyer's address. That will avoid a defect on your account. Relist the item. Send the buyer the new item number, and tell the buyer to click CHANGE when s/he sees the SHIP TO address in ebay Checkout. Then the buyer needs to repay.
