address change
my customer has given me a new address to ship her order to. I tried to edit the shipping address and can do that except I can't change the zip. What is the appropriate procedure here.

Mentor4 months agoYou are required to ship to the address on the payment or you void your seller protection.
To correct this you need to cancel this order and have them repurchase and they can then pay with the correct address.
