First, be sure to update ALL of your addresses in your profile.

On purchases, be sure to review the displayed address at checkout and update if needed.
For shipping labels, the next time you purchase one, on the label creation page, check to make sure that the zip code displayed for your Ship from/return address is correct. If it's not, click the Edit link and select the correct address as your default. After that, it should "stick."
