Hello. My shipping address is residential and I had requested to have it remove the home address, but it has not changed, I really dont want my house address listed on the shipping label. Not sure why it says it will do it but then doesnt. I have logged out and back in and tried it over a few weeks and it still will not update. Any suggestions? the PO Boxes in my area are kind of expensive for me at the moment. Thank you

You must have a return address on the shipping labels... if you don't want to use your home address and not willing to get a P.O. Box, you can look into box rentals at a shipping store but they are just about as pricey as a PO box.

OP4 months agoOk Thank you! Yes, Its on the shipping label that I use to ship to the buyer, I thought i used to be able to leave off my home address for that. I think I will just end up getting the po box.
