Ive been trying to update the address. The address should be shipped to 1513 Highbridge Blvd. Crandall, Texas 75114. Not the Pecan St. Address

Mentor2 years ago@albguti-1 If you have already made a purchase then you need to reach out to your seller RIGHT AWAY and ask them to please cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. They will have to cancel, refund you, then relist so you can purchase again and put in the correct address at checkout.
Sellers are not required to cancel so be sure to ask quickly and beg nicely.
Here's how to update the address in account settings, this will ONLY apply to future purchases.
Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings. Be sure to update ALL of the shipping addresses.
